FEENKA publishes and operates this website. La Florista provides the flower concierge service presented on it. Request information is used to evaluate, plan, and coordinate the requested delivery. We collect only the details reasonably needed to serve the sender and recipient, and we do not sell personal information.
Information we collect
When you begin a flower request, we may collect:
- Your name, email address, telephone number, and language preference.
- The recipient’s first name, complete delivery address, destination city, country, state or region and postal code where used, and whether delivery is to a residence or workplace.
- The occasion, requested delivery date, arrangement direction, card message, and special instructions.
- A recipient telephone number later, if needed to complete an accepted order. Payment card or bank account details are not collected on this website.
- Basic technical and security information processed by our hosting providers to operate the site and prevent abuse.
- Simple first-party journey events, such as opening or completing a form step. These events do not include names, contact details, addresses, or card messages.

We use request information to:
- Check destination coverage, timing, local flower availability, and delivery access.
- Prepare an arrangement direction and expected delivery plan for your approval.

Who receives the information
The minimum necessary details may be received by FEENKA and its technology providers to operate and secure the website, La Florista’s bilingual concierge team, vetted independent florists near the recipient, delivery partners, and payment providers selected after you approve an order. Recipient information is used to fulfill the requested delivery, not to market to the recipient. Payment details are provided directly to the payment method coordinated by La Florista and are not collected through this website.
We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, or in connection with a business reorganization subject to appropriate confidentiality and data protection obligations.
Delivery photographs
After delivery, a local florist or courier may take a photograph of the finished arrangement or its delivery setting as proof of completion. We use that image to update the sender and address service questions. We do not publish a photograph that identifies the recipient without appropriate permission.
International processing
This is an international service. Information may be processed in the United States, the recipient’s country, and other places where our service providers operate. We use the information only for the purposes described here and take reasonable steps to protect it throughout the delivery process.
Retention
We retain request and order records for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, respond to questions, maintain business and tax records, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or de-identify it.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask what personal information we hold, request a correction or deletion, limit or object to certain uses, or receive a copy. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request. You may also withdraw a flower request before it becomes a confirmed order, subject to any commitments already made at your direction.
