About these terms

These Terms govern your use of the FEENKA website and any flower delivery request you submit to La Florista through it. FEENKA publishes the website. La Florista provides the flower concierge service and evaluates each request, coordinates with an independent trusted florist near the recipient, and confirms the proposed order before payment is requested. Payment details are not collected on this website. By submitting a request, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, can enter a binding agreement, and accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

A request is not yet an order

Submitting the website form asks La Florista to evaluate a possible delivery. It does not reserve flowers, guarantee a date or destination, create a confirmed order, or authorize payment. An order becomes confirmed only after La Florista states what is possible, provides the applicable plan and price, and you affirmatively approve and complete the requested payment.

Service model

La Florista coordinates florist-led delivery through independent local florists and delivery providers near the recipient. Flowers are generally sourced and composed locally; finished arrangements are not ordinarily shipped internationally from the United States. La Florista’s bilingual studio provides design direction, coordination, communication, and delivery follow-through.

Pricing and payment

The four displayed prices apply to standard arrangements delivered in Mexico, Central America, and South America: Nightstand $99, Desk $139, Centerpiece / Table $199, and Grand Entrance $299 USD. Each displayed placement has one complete price in U.S. dollars. That price includes fresh flowers, professional floral design, a suitable standard vase, a personal message, local delivery, professional florist guidance and coordination, and delivery follow-up with photo proof when recipient and location permissions allow. Color and style preferences do not create a separate design fee. Essential flower requests and other personal details remain subject to local availability within the selected complete offer and are confirmed before payment. Other international destinations require verification before pricing and delivery are agreed. Payment is requested only after a trusted local florist accepts the order. Payment details are not collected on this website.

Fresh flowers and substitutions

Arrangement images are AI-created visual guides for placement, scale, color direction, floral style, and quality; they do not promise exact stems or an identical photographic copy. Fresh flowers vary by destination and season. When an element is unavailable, La Florista selects an alternative that protects the approved palette, scale, composition, texture, and quality. No important substitution is made silently. Any material change returns to you before the order moves forward.

Delivery

Delivery dates and windows are confirmed based on local availability and conditions. Exact delivery times may be estimates. You are responsible for providing accurate recipient contact details, a complete address, access instructions, and any relevant business hours. Delays or failed attempts caused by incorrect information, restricted access, recipient unavailability, severe weather, civil disruption, holidays, or events outside reasonable control may require a revised delivery plan that you approve before the order proceeds.

Requests made before 11 a.m. Eastern Time may be considered for same-day delivery in select locations. Same-day delivery is never guaranteed and requires confirmation from a local florist.

Messages and recipient information

You represent that you have a lawful reason to provide the recipient’s information and to send the requested flowers and message. Card messages and instructions must not be threatening, unlawful, deceptive, discriminatory, harassing, or infringe another person’s rights. We may decline a request that appears unsafe, abusive, fraudulent, or inappropriate.

Changes, cancellations, and refunds

Tell the team promptly if you need to change or cancel a confirmed order. Fresh materials and local services may be purchased soon after confirmation. The amount eligible for refund or credit therefore depends on timing, work already completed, nonrecoverable local costs, and the terms stated with your confirmed order. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Delivery confirmation

The team aims to provide confirmation and a photograph of the completed arrangement. A delivery photograph may be limited when building rules, safety, recipient privacy, local custom, or the delivery setting prevents a suitable image. Recipient images will not be published without appropriate permission.

Website use and intellectual property

The website, FEENKA branding, written content, design, and original imagery are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may use the site for personal service inquiries, but may not scrape, copy, resell, interfere with, reverse engineer, or misuse it, or submit automated, fraudulent, or malicious requests.

Service limitations

We work to provide careful, honest coordination, but fresh products, independent local providers, and international delivery conditions involve variables outside complete control. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without implied guarantees beyond the express commitments made for a confirmed order. Any liability relating to a confirmed order will not exceed the amount paid for that order, except where applicable law does not permit that limitation.

Resolving a concern

Contact La Florista as soon as possible after delivery with the order reference, relevant details, and photographs when appropriate. The studio will review the concern with the local florist and seek a fair, practical resolution. Any order confirmation may include additional terms identifying the applicable service provider and governing law, subject to mandatory consumer protections where you live.
