What you need to know

With La Florista, international flower delivery begins as a request, not an immediate purchase. A real person reviews the design, destination, date, address, occasion, and personal details. A trusted independent local florist then confirms that the arrangement can be made and hand-delivered. Payment is requested only after that confirmation. Delivery confirmation and photo proof follow when recipient and location permissions allow.

Why local confirmation comes first

Fresh-flower supply, local access, and florist availability can differ by destination and date. Local acceptance checks the real conditions before the sender is asked to pay.

Nothing moves forward on assumption. If an important part of the request needs to change, La Florista contacts the sender first. If the request cannot be fulfilled with confidence, the sender is told before being charged.

The three stages

1. Request

Choose the design direction and share the delivery details. No payment is taken on the site.

2. La Florista

A real person reviews the request and coordinates acceptance with a trusted local florist.

3. Smiles

The arrangement is delivered by hand, and the sender receives delivery confirmation and photo proof when the setting permits it.

Reply timing and same-day delivery

Requests may be submitted at any time. Requests received before 5 p.m. Eastern Time receive same-day personal follow-up, seven days a week. Requests received after that cutoff receive a reply the next day. That promise refers to the reply, not to delivery speed.

Requests made before 11 a.m. Eastern Time may be considered for same-day delivery in select locations. The delivery date is confirmed only after the destination, requested date, local supply, and florist availability have been checked.

What still requires confirmation

Destination, date, seasonal supply, local florist availability, and delivery access still require confirmation for every request.
